Blue Wolf Capital Partners has promoted Anne Bailey to lead operating partner. Bailey joined the private equity firm as an operating partner in 2024 after a tenure as president of Modivcare Home.

Her prior experience includes senior leadership positions at DaVita and Bain & Company. George Judd, who previously held the lead operating partner role since joining Blue Wolf in 2018, will transition to an operating partner position.

This leadership change at Blue Wolf signals a potential shift in operational strategy or focus areas within the firm's investment portfolio.
