Bain Capital has agreed to acquire SupplyOn, a European supply chain collaboration platform, from shareholders AUMOVIO, Bosch, Schaeffler and ZF. The deal marks Bain Capital's latest European technology and industrials investment, reinforcing the firm's focus on digital transformation in manufacturing.

SupplyOn connects more than 200 manufacturers and tier-one suppliers with over 140,000 suppliers worldwide across automotive, aerospace and other manufacturing sectors. The platform enables end-to-end supply chain visibility, collaboration and compliance management for complex industrial supply networks.

Bain Capital plans to add AI capabilities and grow sales and marketing efforts to accelerate SupplyOn's growth trajectory. The investment underscores increasing private equity interest in digital supply chain solutions as manufacturers seek greater resilience and efficiency. The transaction is expected to close following regulatory approvals.
