Arlington Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Eptec Defence, a Sydney-based provider of naval and defense preservation services. The company specializes in remediation and new build preservation for Australian naval defense vessels and operates across major metropolitan areas including Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Darwin, and Brisbane.

The acquisition targets a standalone division of Eptec Group, an industrial and transportation-focused asset preservation company. Eptec Defence brings over 25 years of experience serving the Royal Australian Navy and maintains key subcontractor relationships with original equipment manufacturers and defense primes.

Peter Manos, managing partner at Arlington Capital, emphasized the strategic importance of specialized preservation services in naval readiness. With growing fleet sizes and increased operational demands, the firm sees Eptec Defence as well-positioned to meet rising market needs while building on its reputation as an industry leader.
