This week's biggest funding rounds saw Databricks secure a massive $5 billion in a new round led by Coatue, boosting its valuation to $190 billion. The AI and data platform company has surpassed a $7 billion revenue run rate.

Other significant rounds included River AI, an AI reinforcement learning startup founded this year, which raised $1.1 billion. Form Energy, focused on electric grid storage, secured $750 million. Defense tech company Neros Technologies raised $250 million and plans to produce 1 million drones annually by 2028.

AI coding review platform Code Rabbit received $143 million, while Point2 Technology, which builds interconnect solutions for AI data centers, raised $136 million. The list also features advancements in organ preservation from Bridge to Life ($100 million), AI drug discovery by Aureka Biotechnologies ($100 million), and loyalty rewards app Points Kash ($100 million). Epicrispr Biotechnologies closed a $90 million round for its genetic medicine development.

Notable international rounds included Lovable's $400 million and Cambridge Aerospace's $300 million, with the latter securing a commitment from the U.K. Ministry of Defence for its Skyhammer air defense system.
