Renovus Capital Partners portfolio company TJP has acquired Evolution Consulting & Research, a life sciences market research firm, for undisclosed terms. Evolution provides qualitative and quantitative insights that help pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers with market dynamics, brand positioning and commercial decisions. It was founded by Jim Heasley, Mike Heasley and Jim Cummings.

The deal follows TJP’s earlier addition of FX2 Virtual, which brought in virtual sales professionals, virtual key account managers, reimbursement specialists and omnichannel data analytics. With Evolution, TJP will offer life sciences clients research, strategy, creative, pull-through and analytics services under one roof.

TJP was founded in 1972. It is a patient and market access agency for life sciences companies, and it also provides marketing and digital services to consumer brands. Renovus was founded in 2010 and invests in knowledge and talent industries, including healthcare services, life sciences services, education and technology services.
