Austin‑based Dreambase closed a $3.7 million seed round, raising capital to commercial‑ize its AI‑native analytics platform that spins up dashboards from Supabase‑hosted Postgres databases in seconds. Founder Andy Keil, a former QuotaPath product head, and CTO Kyle Ledbetter launched the service in April 2025 after a year of prototyping. The deal was led by Felicis 1.

Supabase’s CFO, CTO and COO joined the round, turning the partnership into more than a customer relationship. The startup positions itself as the “analytics layer” for the 7 million‑strong Supabase developer community, promising a virtual data team that eliminates the need for a dedicated analytics staff. Investors such as Active Capital, FirstMile Ventures and Angel Collective also participated.

With only five employees, Dreambase plans to double its headcount, focusing on engineering and enterprise go‑to‑market hires. By treating Postgres as the source of truth rather than a generic extract, the platform claims faster insight delivery for founders, engineers and analysts alike. The funding gives the company runway to embed its AI agents across more Postgres‑native products.

Supabase CFO Scott Buxton called the investment a bet on Dreambase becoming the default analytics engine for the next generation of Postgres applications.
