Former Meta and Slack engineers Rachit Kataria and William Wang have raised $15 million in Series A funding for their new startup, Centralize. The company is building a "deal GPS" for enterprise sales teams, aiming to solve the problem of tracking relationships and stakeholders within large deals.

Centralize emerges from stealth with this funding round, led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and includes participation from Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and angel investors like former Slack co-founder Stewart Butterfield. This brings the company's total funding to $19 million since its 2023 inception.

The platform focuses on "multi-threading" in sales, which involves identifying and engaging all relevant stakeholders in a target company. Centralize uses AI agents to analyze various data sources and construct dynamic, visual org charts that map out key relationships, helping sales teams navigate complex buying committees. The company claims its AI assistant, "Centra," can answer questions about deal ownership and strategy in seconds.
