London‑based startup Conduct, founded by three former Palantir engineers in 2024, secured $60 million in Series A funding. Investors included Index Ventures, Iconiq, Creandum, Lucid Capital, Bloom and strategic backer SAP, which already incorporates Conduct’s agentic AI operating system into its products. The round follows an $11 million seed raised earlier this year to fuel growth and expansion.

Conduct’s platform stitches together decades of proprietary business logic embedded in large‑enterprise software, allowing teams to modify systems within hours instead of months. Current customers include DHL and Fraport, while SAP’s integration promises broader reach. CEO JP Haas says the goal is to enable the Global 200 to run their software stack through a single AI‑driven interface.

With a team of 38 in London and plans to expand to 100 employees by year‑end, Conduct will deploy the Series A capital on product development and go‑to‑market initiatives. SAP’s strategic stake signals confidence in the agentic OS's ability to streamline complex legacy systems, potentially reshaping how Fortune 500 firms manage custom software for their operations daily.

The funding underscores a growing trend of AI tools aimed at untangling legacy codebases in large enterprises. By offering a rapid, AI‑led modification path, Conduct positions itself as a key player in the enterprise software market, where speed of change and cost of integration remain critical pain points for global corporates in the digital era.
