Apple has announced that its popular sci-fi series *Silo* will return for a fourth and final season in "summer 2027." The series follows the lives of 10,000 individuals residing in a massive underground bunker, seeking refuge from a toxic and desolate world outside.

This announcement comes amidst other Apple TV+ news, including the trailer release for *Ted Lasso* season four, set to premiere on August 5 and conclude on October 7. *Ted Lasso* has been a significant success for the Apple TV service. Additionally, Apple TV+ achieved a record 87 Emmy nominations in 2026, with series like *Pluribus* and *Widow's Bay* leading the nominations, and *Widow's Bay* securing 19 nods. Apple TV+ is also set to host a panel at San Diego Comic-Con's Hall H, featuring talent from *Widow's Bay*, *Silo*, and other shows.
