Apple TV has confirmed July 3 as the premiere date for season 3 of its dystopian sci-fi hit "Silo," with 10 new episodes dropping weekly through September 4. The upcoming installment marks the penultimate season, with season 4 already in production.

The new season explores both the present timeline following Juliette Nichols' survival after her forced "cleaning" and an origin story set centuries earlier, featuring journalist Helen Drew and Congressman Daniel Keene uncovering a conspiracy. Seasons 1 and 2 adapted the first book in Hugh Howey's trilogy.

Apple continues to expand its original programming with "Silo" representing one of several high-profile sci-fi series on the platform. The streaming service costs $12.99 monthly or is available through the Apple One bundle.
