Apple's upcoming iPhone 18 Pro is generating buzz with rumors of significant upgrades despite a six-month wait. Reports suggest a red color option, smaller Dynamic Island with partially under-screen Face ID, and 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch displays matching the iPhone 17 Pro design. The Pro models may also introduce LTPO+ displays for improved battery efficiency.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the variable aperture on the 48-megapixel main camera, offering more control over depth of field. Under the hood, Apple's A20 Pro chip built on TSMC's 2nm process promises performance and power efficiency gains, while the C2 modem and N2 chip could enhance connectivity and wireless capabilities.

Additional rumored features include a simplified Camera Control button, redesigned rear Ceramic Shield with frosted glass appearance, satellite web browsing, and a slightly thicker Pro Max model. Apple plans to release the Pro models with a foldable iPhone in September, followed by standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e models early next year.
