Apple today discontinued the $700 Mac Pro Wheels add-on kit, alongside the Mac Pro itself. The kit, introduced in 2020, allowed owners to retrofit wheels onto their Mac Pro after purchase. Originally, buying the Mac Pro with wheels cost $400 more than the base model, as the $300 feet were omitted.

The kit included a hex bit and installation guide, while a separate $300 Feet Kit for swapping back to standard feet has also been discontinued. The Mac Pro and its accessories are now entirely removed from Apple's website, redirecting to the Apple Store. For Mac Pro owners seeking wheels, OWC offers a cheaper Rover Pro kit for $200.
