vivo has officially launched the Y6t, a budget-friendly smartphone powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. The device features a 6.74-inch LCD display with 720x1600 resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top, bringing the latest software experience to the mid-range segment.

The Y6t packs a massive 6,500 mAh battery with 15W charging support, easily lasting multiple days on a single charge. Photography options include a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing lens for selfies. The phone also includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button, maintains the practical 3.5mm headphone jack, and supports 5G connectivity. The device measures 167.4 x 77.1 x 8.39 mm and weighs 209g.

The phone comes in black, white, and blue. Pricing starts at CNY 1,699 (roughly $249) for the 6GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 128GB and 6GB + 256GB variants both cost CNY 1,899 (about $278). Pre-orders are live on vivo China's website, with the official release scheduled for April 27 at 10 AM local time. It's currently unclear whether the device will expand to other markets beyond China.
