vivo appears to be expanding its X300 lineup with a sixth model called the X300e. The device first surfaced in February through GSMA database leaks, and now tipster Digital Chat Station has detailed most hardware specifications. This follows vivo's steady stream of X300 series releases throughout the year.

The X300e reportedly packs a 6.59-inch flat OLED display powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Camera specs include a 50MP main sensor, 50MP periscope telephoto, and 8MP ultrawide, with all lenses tuned by Zeiss. A 50MP front-facing camera completes the imaging package. The device measures under 8.0mm thick and weighs approximately 203 grams.

Power comes from a substantial 7,100 mAh battery with support for up to 90W fast charging. This combination of large capacity and rapid charging in a relatively slim form factor stands out in the current market. The phone features a square-ish camera module positioned in the upper-left corner, distinguishing it from the circular bumps and horizontal arrangements seen on competing devices.

The X300e essentially mirrors the existing X300 FE but with a larger display and battery, plus redesigned camera layout. vivo's strategy suggests they're targeting users who prioritize battery life without sacrificing flagship performance, though official confirmation and pricing details remain pending.
