vivo is preparing to launch the X300 FE smartphone, with new details emerging about its configurations. According to a tipster, the device will be offered in two variants: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. The phone is expected to come in Black and Blue color options, though additional colors may be available.

Powering the X300 FE will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, as previously confirmed by Geekbench listings. The device is rumored to run Android 16 out of the box. Industry watchers suggest this model will be a rebranded version of the vivo S50 Pro mini, following the pattern of the X200 FE which was based on the S30 Pro mini.

The X300 FE is expected to feature a 6.31-inch AMOLED display, a 50MP primary rear camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. A substantial 6,500mAh battery should provide extended usage time. With certifications already secured in multiple regions, the vivo X300 FE appears to be on track for an imminent launch.
