vivo has officially confirmed the launch date for its flagship X300 Ultra smartphone, setting March 30 as the debut day in China. The company also unveiled the rear design of both the X300 Ultra and the X300s, which will launch together. This announcement follows weeks of teasers and the phone's showcase at MWC 2026.

Product Manager Han Boxiao shared first looks at the devices' rear panels, featuring a new 'Film Green' two-tone finish. The X300 Ultra sports a camera module similar to the X300 Pro with a revised lens arrangement and visible 5MP multispectral sensor. The X300s adopts a design closer to the standard X300 with a redesigned camera ring.

vivo plans to reveal more design details before launch, with the X300 Ultra also set for global markets. The flagship will join vivo's existing X300 lineup, which includes the Pro and standard models already available at various price points.
