vivo X300 FE Review Unit Lands with Massive Battery

GSMArena has finally acquired the recently globalized vivo X300 FE for review, following a hectic period of device intake at their headquarters. This model debuted internationally alongside the larger X300 Ultra and arrives in 12GB RAM configurations with either 256GB or 512GB storage options. Pricing details for European markets are still forthcoming, however.

Positioned as the compact flagship variant, the X300 FE features a more restrained camera bar design compared to the Ultra’s imposing circular module. Though its 6.31-inch screen feels substantial in the hand—thanks to flat sides and rectangular edges—the device maintains a relatively svelte 8mm thickness. Consumers receive a color-matching case and a 90W charger in the box.

Where the FE truly distinguishes itself from the standard X300, with which it shares many specifications, is power management. The X300 FE packs an unexpectedly large 6,500mAh battery, significantly topping the standard model. This massive cell contributes to the 'beefy' in-hand feel despite the phone’s relatively small footprint against its bigger sibling.

This iteration of the X300 series presents competitive choices across the board, forcing consumers to weigh screen size and camera superiority against battery endurance. The final European price point will determine where the X300 FE ultimately settles in vivo’s current premium offerings.
