vivo unveils the V70, a successor to the V60, featuring a flat 6.59-inch OLED display replacing the previous quad-curved panel. The new screen boasts significantly higher brightness at 1,800 nits global and 5,000 nits local peak, compared to the V60's 1,500 nits. The phone is narrower (74.3mm wide vs. 77.0mm) and lighter (187g/194g vs. 192g/201g), yet retains IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. A key upgrade is the switch to an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, offering faster, more reliable security than the optical reader. The durable 6-series aluminum alloy frame replaces the plastic chassis.

Powering the device is a 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging (FlashCharge) and capable of extreme temperature operation.
