Ultrahuman, known for its smart rings, expands into continuous glucose monitoring with the M2 Live platform. Built on Abbott’s Lingo Glucose Biosensor, the over‑the‑counter device streams data via Bluetooth LE and activates with NFC. It pairs with Abbott’s Libre 3 Plus sensor and feeds readings into the dedicated M2 Live app. The system works without a prescription, making it accessible for health‑focused consumers.

The M2 Live app calculates a proprietary Metabolic Score, a clinically validated indicator of insulin sensitivity cited in Nature. Sensors last about 14 days and are sold separately; users can buy a single sensor for $130 or subscribe for $100 monthly, which includes two sensors. Data integrates with Ultrahuman’s smart ring, letting Jade AI correlate glucose trends with sleep, HRV, activity and skin temperature.

Targeting Type 2 diabetes, obesity, PCOS, hypertension and other metabolic disorders, M2 Live also offers food and fueling scores that rank meals 1‑10 based on glucose impact. A community hub shares user experiences and an AI coach suggests portion adjustments. By linking real‑time glucose data with biometric signals, Ultrahuman aims to turn metabolic insight into actionable health decisions.
