Sony unveiled its Prism Collection Dual Sense 5 controllers and console cover plates, introducing three bold new colors: Flare Orange, Emerald Green, and Graphite Gray. These accessories feature transparent elements that showcase the internal components of the hardware. The top halves of the console cover plates reveal the system's fan, while the Dual Sense 5 controllers are particularly striking, allowing users to see all key components and switches.
The press release did not specify compatibility, leaving uncertainty whether the covers will work with all PS5 models or just the newer Slim and Pro versions. Pricing is set at $85/€85/£75 for the wireless controllers and $75/€75/£65 for the console covers. Pre-orders begin on November 10, 2026, with general sales scheduled to start on February 4, 2027.
