Recent leaks have shifted focus from design to hardware, with Win Future reporting that Samsung will replace its in‑house Exynos chips with Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear Elite SoCs built on a 3nm process. This change should improve both performance and power efficiency. Depending on the model, the new watches will ship with 2 GB RAM and either 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage. Battery capacity also sees a boost: the Watch9 40 mm retains the 325 mAh cell, while the 44 mm moves to 445 mAh (up from 435 mAh), and the Ultra2 jumps from 590 mAh to 800 mAh, promising noticeably longer life.
