Samsung has pushed the stable One UI 8.5 firmware for its Galaxy Z TriFold beyond the Korean market, adding Singapore, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates to the rollout for users. The update arrives as version F968BXXU4BZDP, bringing a refreshed interface and a handful of new features. Users in the newly supported regions can trigger the upgrade manually via Settings → Software update instantly for users.

The expansion reflects Samsung’s strategy to keep its premium foldable line competitive by delivering timely software improvements across key markets in those markets. Earlier this year, the company limited the One UI 8.5 launch to South Korea, where it tested performance tweaks and battery optimizations. Extending the build now gives owners of the 512 GB, 16 GB RAM variant access to the same refinements.

Consumers who haven’t seen the prompt yet should check for the update now; the patch is free and does not alter the device’s price tag of $2,899. By synchronizing the software experience across these regions, Samsung hopes to reinforce the Z TriFold’s value proposition against rival foldables. The rollout demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting its flagship form factor in the current cycle.
