Evan Blass has posted the first image of the Oppo Watch X3 Mini, suggesting Oppo is following its established pattern of releasing standard and mini versions of its smartwatches. The company launched the 47mm Watch X3 earlier this month, and now a smaller variant appears to be in the works.

The X3 Mini will likely measure 43mm, matching the size relationship between last year's X2 models. Interestingly, the X2 series was essentially rebranded OnePlus Watch 3 hardware, with the Mini version closely related to the 43mm OnePlus Watch 3 variant. This time, Oppo released its watch first rather than following OnePlus's lead.

Without an announced OnePlus Watch 4 43mm model, the X3 Mini offers the first real glimpse at what a smaller version of this year's hardware might look like. The timing also suggests Oppo may bundle this launch with other products, as the company typically unveils new devices in coordinated events.
