The €170 device features a stainless-steel frame, vivid 1.46-inch OLED touchscreen with 3,000-nit peak brightness, and a slim 8.9mm profile weighing just under 60 grams. It ships with a magnetic charging puck and standard 22mm silicone strap.

The Watch Lite targets active users with 100+ workout modes, dual-band GPS, and comprehensive health tracking including heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress, wrist temperature, and arterial stiffness monitoring. While IP68 and 5ATM rated for swimming, OnePlus emphasizes this is a fitness watch rather than a full-featured smartwatch, running OxygenOS Watch 7.1 instead of WearOS.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.2 with dual-phone pairing support for both Android and iOS devices, plus Bluetooth calling capabilities.
