nubia has unveiled its new Neo 5 series of gaming-focused smartphones at MWC Barcelona, with the Neo 5 GT stealing the spotlight. The device stands out as the only smartphone in its segment to feature a built-in active cooling fan, paired with a massive 29,508mm² cooling chamber.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC is kept cool through this advanced thermal management system, allowing the phone to maintain peak performance during extended gaming sessions. Gaming features include LPDDR Max RAM with speeds up to 6,400Mbps, a 360-degree game antenna, and 550Hz Neo Triggers 5.0.

The 6.8-inch AMOLED display delivers 1.5K resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits brightness. Powering the device is a 6,210mAh dual-cell battery with 80W wired charging and bypass charging for uninterrupted gaming. The phone also includes a 50MP triple rear camera setup, stereo speakers with DTS:X Ultra support, and an IP64 rating.
