Meta unveiled its latest AI‑powered smart glasses, built with EssilorLuxottica and offered in three frame styles—including a Kylie Jenner special edition. The device houses a 12 MP camera that records 3K video at 30 fps and snaps 3,024 × 4,032‑pixel photos. An action button summons Meta AI, now driven by the Muse Spark model.

Adjustable three‑way nose pads, temple tips and over‑extension hinges improve comfort, while an open‑ear speaker array and multi‑mic setup handle calls, music and voice commands with noise‑reduction. Meta claims up to eight hours of use per charge, extendable to 40 hours via the included case. Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and support for the Neural Band round out connectivity.

Pricing starts at $299, with sales through Meta.com, Amazon, Lens Crafters, Best Buy and Sunglass Hut across North America, Europe and Australia. More than 26 frame‑lens combos, including the Adventurer, Fury and Kylie editions, can be fitted with prescription lenses via Meta’s Rx Lens Swap. Dynamic Photo and pedestrian navigation updates arrive later this month, solidifying Meta’s push into mainstream wearables.

By pairing high‑resolution optics with the Muse Spark AI, Meta aims to differentiate its glasses from competitors like Ray‑Ban Meta, targeting both tech enthusiasts and fashion‑forward consumers. The collaboration with a lens giant and a celebrity line signals a strategy to blend functionality with style, potentially expanding the smart‑glass market beyond niche early adopters.
