A few weeks ago, a new version of the Fairphone 6 surfaced – dubbed the “Fairphone 6+”, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage, up from 8GB. The listing by Nieuwe Mobiel showed three colors: Cobalt Blue, Horizon Black, Forest Green. Now leaked images showcase the Cobalt Blue variant with accessories: finger loop, protective case, card holder.

No external changes are visible; internal changes beyond RAM are unclear. The accessories are identical to the original Fairphone 6, but bolted on rather than magnetic. With marketing materials ready, an official unveiling is likely imminent.

Fairphone typically releases models every two years – the Fairphone 6 came in 2025, so version 7 isn't expected until next year.
