Fairphone has announced the Fairphone 6+, featuring 12GB RAM (50% more than the Fairphone 6) and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. It adds a Cobalt Blue color alongside Forest Green and Horizon Black.

For the first time, a Fairphone device will be officially sold in the US via Fairphone's store and Amazon for $649 (€649 in Europe). The phone sports a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED 120Hz display, a 50MP Sony Lytia 700C main camera with OIS, 13MP ultrawide, 32MP selfie, and a 4,415 mAh battery with 30W charging. It runs Android 16 with six major updates promised, and security updates until 2033.

The standout feature remains 12 user-replaceable parts – USB-C port, battery, display, and back cover swappable in under five minutes. Other components are serviceable at repair centers, with spare parts guaranteed until 2033. The handset includes a five-year warranty.
