Huawei has confirmed the nova 16 Pro will make its global debut at a launch event on September 2 in Munich, Germany. The device will be marketed globally as the nova 16s Pro, following the naming convention used for the Pura 90s Pro Max release. The global variant will retain the pink and blue gradient color options seen on the Chinese model. It remains unclear if hardware specifications will differ from the domestic version.

As a reminder, the Chinese nova 16 Pro features a 6.84-inch LTPO OLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Kirin 9010 S SoC, packs a substantial 7,000mAh battery, and includes a 200 MP main camera.

Huawei also teased the upcoming Watch 6, which is scheduled to launch alongside the nova 16s Pro. The smartwatch appears to maintain a design language similar to its predecessor.
