Honor announced Magic OS 11 at its Global Developer Conference, showcasing a new iOS-inspired liquid glass design built on custom Luminous and Hummingbird architectures. The interface optimizations deliver up to 20% faster system animations compared to Magic OS 10, with updated icons, menu items, widgets, and customizable home screen tinting.

The updated Yoyo AI assistant now handles over 1,000 scenarios and integrates with more than 10,000 third-party AI services in China, capable of executing long-distance tasks up to 100 steps. Storage Space 2.0 offers lossless data compression, freeing up to 60GB of storage.

Magic OS 11 enables seamless file sharing and connectivity with Apple ecosystem devices plus those from Oppo, vivo, and Xiaomi. The system will debut on the upcoming Honor Magic9 series phones, with public beta already open for over 18 devices including the Magic8 series, Magic V6, and Honor 600 models. Additional eligible devices like the Magic6 series, Magic V3, and Honor 400/500 series will join the internal beta between October and November.
