The glasses, set for next year, will feature high-resolution and computer vision cameras for contextual AI tasks like identifying objects and navigation, but lack a screen. The pendant, described as the iPhone's 'eyes and ears,' will act as an accessory with lower-power cameras and microphones, not replacing the iPhone or Apple Watch.

Meanwhile, the AirPods will gain cameras primarily for AI assistance. These products aim to leverage AI for everyday tasks but face skepticism given the success of similar devices like Humane's AI Pin and the Vision Pro's lukewarm reception.
