The Xiaomi 18 Pro series launched in China in September and is expected globally by year-end. However, the vanilla Xiaomi 18 was omitted, fueling rumors of its cancellation. A recent 3C certification listing contradicts this, suggesting the Xiaomi 18 will arrive later, likely in December for the Chinese market.
The listing reveals 100W fast wired charging, matching last year’s model. Rumored specs include a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset (not the Extreme variant), a 200MP main camera, and a 7,200 mAh battery. Unlike the compact 18 Pro with its 6.4-inch display, the vanilla 18 is expected to be larger, possibly fitting between the Pro and Pro Max in size.
The device is tipped to have a 200 mAh larger battery than the Pro model.
