Mark Gurman reports Apple will unveil its first smart glasses, codenamed N50, at WWDC 2027 with a commercial launch later that year. The glasses were originally slated for 2025 but were postponed due to privacy concerns.

In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman also says Apple is preparing the Watch Series 12 and Watch Ultra 4 for a 2026 release. Three models are in late-stage testing: Wi-Fi and LTE variants of the Series 12 (codenamed N237 and N238) and the Ultra 4 (N240).

The new watches are not expected to bring major design changes but will feature a new chipset and improved health and fitness tracking. A new Watch SE is unlikely in 2026 following last year's SE 3 launch.
