Wholesome Games' seventh annual digital showcase returns Saturday, June 6 at 12PM ET with more than 50 cheerful titles streaming live on YouTube and Twitch. Wholesome Direct 2026 promises world premieres, demo reveals and surprises from both new and established studios creating cozy, feel-good games.

Spry Fox takes center stage this year after a turbulent corporate journey. Netflix acquired the studio in 2022, published Cozy Grove's sequel in 2024, then sold Spry Fox back to its original founders in December 2025. Their upcoming cozy life-simulation MMO, Spirit Crossing, will still launch on mobile via Netflix while Spry Fox self-publishes on Steam.

The Wholesome Games Presents publishing arm will also share updates on Usagi Shima, Is This Seat Taken?, and Milki Delivery. Merch sales benefit the Transgender Law Center, continuing a tradition that's raised over $300,000 for various charities since 2020. The showcase precedes Summer Game Fest 2026, which kicks off June 5.
