Trump Media and Technology Group is launching a new API, the Truth API, on August 1st, offering businesses real-time access to posts from top Truth Social accounts. This API aims to provide a direct feed from the platform, particularly focusing on posts from President Donald Trump, who is its most popular user.

According to Trump Media, the Truth API will utilize standard delivery methods for rapid access, promising continuous 24/7 coverage and a historical archive of posts dating back to 2022. This move follows similar API offerings from other social media platforms, though Twitter notably restricted free API access in 2023.

TMTG CEO Kevin Mc Gurn highlighted that markets already react to Truth Social posts, suggesting a significant value in this real-time data. President Trump frequently uses the platform for major announcements, making his posts influential. Trump Media anticipates the API will be a substantial and continuous revenue stream, benefiting shareholders, including the President's family.
