Razer has updated the Blade 18 laptop with impressive internal upgrades for 2026. The new model features Intel's Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor with 24 cores and 5.5GHz boost speed. The top-tier model comes with up to 128GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics, while the display offers dual modes with UHD+ at 240Hz or FHD+ at 440Hz.

Pricing reflects the premium nature of this machine, starting at $4,000 for the base configuration with 32GB RAM. Adding more RAM costs extra - $600 for 64GB and another $1,000 to reach 128GB. The top-tier configuration reaches an ungodly $7,000, making it one of the most expensive laptops on the market.

Despite its power, the Blade 18 maintains its 7-pound weight and unchanged 99Wh battery capacity, suggesting battery life will remain poor based on last year's model. The machine includes Thunderbolt 5, multiple USB ports, HDMI 2.1, and an SD card reader, with marketing emphasizing both gaming and AI applications.
