Google's latest foldable, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, delivers modest improvements over its predecessor but struggles to justify its $1,899 price tag against increasingly competitive rivals.

The device is 10 percent lighter at 238 grams and features slimmer bezels, a new 48-megapixel main camera sensor, and faster 25-watt wireless charging. However, the design remains bulky at 10.1mm thick, trailing behind competitors like the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Motorola Razr Fold in both weight and sleekness. Peak display brightness has increased to 3,600 nits, and the phone retains its class-leading IP68 rating and durable ceramic cover glass.

Performance sees steady gains with the Tensor G6 chip, offering 25 percent quicker web browsing and 15 percent faster app loading. While gaming remains smooth, frame rates still lag slightly behind Snapdragon-powered devices. All models come with at least 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Camera quality remains the standout feature, with the new sensor delivering sharper images in all lighting conditions. Google's Magic Capture feature intelligently records key moments, though processing times can be slow. The Hi Light notification system feels limited at launch, only supporting Gemini triggers and select contacts.
