Before resetting, ensure you have your Roku account email, password, and Wi-Fi details handy. If the TV is linked to another account, their credentials are required. To perform a soft reset, press Home on the remote, navigate to Settings > System > Power > System restart.

If the interface is frozen but the TV has power, unplug the unit from the wall, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.
