Long-time leaker Evan Blass has reportedly revealed camera and battery specifications for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8, Z Fold 8, and Z Fold 8 Ultra. Official renders of these devices surfaced online prior to Samsung's July 22 Unpacked event.

The Galaxy Z Flip 8 appears to retain the same camera resolutions as its predecessor: a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP selfie camera, with an unchanged 4,300mAh battery. A new rose pink colorway is noted.

The Z Fold 8 features a 50MP main camera with 2x optical zoom, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 10MP selfie camera. It is rumored to house a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a battery supporting up to 26 hours of video playback, presented in a pastel purple hue with a more square, palmable design when closed.

The Z Fold 8 Ultra, positioned as the successor to the Fold line, is expected to include a three-lens rear setup: a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, alongside a 10MP selfie camera. This model is said to have a 5,000mAh battery offering up to 27 hours of video playback. While the Z Fold 8's design is a departure, the Z Fold 8 Ultra may be the only new Samsung phone in this lineup to see a significant camera hardware upgrade in 2026.
