The camera system gets new sensors: a 50MP main and a 48MP 5x zoom. The standout feature is Magic Capture, which uses AI to automatically select the best shots from a scene. Super Res Zoom now reaches 120x digital magnification, outperforming rivals like the S26 Ultra.

Hi Light is an indicator light in the flash that displays colors for calls and Gemini listening. It currently lacks text notifications, but Google says an expansion is being considered. Other AI additions include enhanced Live Translate for real-time audio and video.
