New CAD renderings of the iPhone Fold have surfaced, allegedly showing the device's design when folded and unfolded. The images, shared by leaker Sonny Dickson on X, match previous December 2025 leaks and suggest a form factor similar to the iPad mini when opened. Both drawings reveal a centered front-facing camera and a rear camera bar with two lenses plus what appears to be a flash.

Dickson's renders show volume buttons relocated to the left side and a horizontally arranged camera system. One notable detail contradicts earlier rumors - the camera plateau appears color-matched to the case rather than all-black. The designs don't specify dimensions or final production colors, and Dickson hasn't commented on their authenticity or responded to questions.

While Apple is widely expected to launch the iPhone Fold in September 2026, the company has been rumored to be working on a folding device since Samsung's first folding phone debuted in 2019. Despite Dickson's reliable track record with leaks, the absence of supply chain component leaks - typical for other iPhone releases - leaves the device's existence unconfirmed. These latest images add to the speculation but don't provide the concrete evidence that would confirm Apple's folding ambitions.
