Leaker Jon Prosser has shared new details about the iPhone 17e, claiming it will feature a binned A19 processor rather than the full-performance version used in the iPhone 17. The report suggests the budget model will maintain most of the iPhone 16e's design language while offering incremental upgrades.

According to Prosser, the iPhone 17e will include a Dynamic Island, start at 256GB storage, and feature a single 48MP rear camera. The device is expected to cost $599 and come in black, white, and possibly lavender color options. It will reportedly have 8GB of RAM and support MagSafe charging, but retain a 60Hz display without ProMotion technology.

This potential use of a binned processor could mean the iPhone 17e performs slightly below the standard iPhone 17, despite sharing the same chip. While most of these specifications align with previous rumors, the binned A19 detail represents a notable shift from earlier expectations of flagship-level performance.
