Goldman Sachs has raised its price target for Apple (AAPL) to $370, signaling optimism ahead of the company's third-quarter earnings report. The firm anticipates strong results, driven by a loyal customer base that continues to purchase Apple products despite price increases.

Analysts project Apple will achieve $110.1 billion in revenue for Q3, a 17% year-over-year increase. iPhone revenue is expected to reach $54.8 billion, up 23%, with contributions from iPad, Mac, and Wearables segments also predicted to grow. The firm attributes Apple's resilience to its "brand stickiness" and strategic product launches, such as the iPhone 17e and MacBook Neo.

Despite potential risks including market softening and supply chain disruptions, Goldman Sachs highlights Apple Intelligence and product-related services like iCloud+ and Apple Care+ as key growth drivers. This marks the second target increase from Goldman Sachs in 2026, following previous adjustments to $330 in January and $340 in May.
