This suggests Ballie, last reported to be "delayed" by Samsung to determine its "place in the home" and address its potentially high price point, might not be entirely abandoned.

The leaked app design hints at Ballie's camera capabilities, allowing users to view real-time streams and engage in "Home Monitoring." This could involve Ballie mapping out its environment for navigation. The app seems designed to provide comprehensive information about the device's status, location, and potential issues, like getting stuck.

Ballie was initially introduced at CES 2020, with Samsung envisioning it as a robot that understands and supports user needs. Despite a reported collaboration with Google to integrate Gemini for AI enhancement, concerns over a speculated price of around $2,000 and consumer engagement led to its delay. These new UI sketches, however, offer a glimpse that the project might still be in consideration.
