Samsung's Bespoke AI refrigerator integrates a massive 32-inch touchscreen and AI vision camera, starting at $3,500. The hardware, launching in late 2025, will see software updates adding Google Gemini support and improved food recognition. Its standout Beverage Center hides a water dispenser and a self-refilling pitcher behind a door for a cleaner aesthetic.

Beyond the screen, the fridge offers a flexible FlexZone drawer for easy-access snacks and kids' drinks. However, its AI food tracking has limits, recognizing only 37 fresh items and 50 packaged goods, and misses items in the freezer or doors. The current voice assistant, Bixby, is reportedly frustrating, making the upcoming Gemini upgrade a welcome fix.

For tech-savvy users, the Bespoke acts as a digital family hub, syncing calendars and photos. While the AI is a work in progress, the core appliance is exceptionally well-built. The key trade-off is cost versus convenience, as the ad-supported display can be disabled, though it removes news and weather widgets. Samsung’s patented Beverage Center remains a unique selling point.
