OnePlus president Li Jie Louis has confirmed the OnePlus 15T will feature a massive 7,500mAh battery powered by the company's Glacier technology. The announcement came via Weibo, where Louis revealed the compact phone will also support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Users can reportedly game while charging without excessive heat generation.

This battery upgrade represents a significant leap from previous OnePlus compact models. The company debuted Glacier battery technology in 2024, using silicon carbon anode to improve charge capacity. The 15T's battery capacity surpasses even the flagship OnePlus 13 by a substantial margin, addressing a common complaint about smaller phones having inadequate battery life.

The OnePlus 15T is expected to debut during the first half of 2026, potentially featuring Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The combination of a large battery, fast charging, and gaming capabilities positions this compact flagship as a compelling option for power users who prefer smaller devices without sacrificing performance or battery life.
