Apple TV has released all five episodes of Stillwater season 5, the Emmy-winning mindfulness animated series based on Jon J Muth's Zen books. The show follows a wise panda named Stillwater (voiced by James Sie) who teaches three siblings mindfulness concepts through gentle humor and storytelling.

Since its 2020 debut, Stillwater has earned a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Editing and a Peabody Award for Children's Programming. Season 4 premiered last August after a two-year hiatus, and now season 5 continues the Zen-inspired storytelling for preschool audiences.
