Apple TV just released the trailer for the highly acclaimed mindfulness series Stillwater. The fifth season is set to drop on August 21 and promises to bring more breathing exercises, mindful moments and simple everyday practices to help kids and families find inner calm.

The series, which debuted on Apple TV in 2020, has earned a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Editing for a Preschool Animated Program and a Peabody Award in the Children’s and Youth Programming category. The new season will showcase the wise panda Stillwater (James Sie) guiding three siblings through everyday challenges.

Stillwater follows siblings Karl (Judah Mackey), Addy (Eva Ariel Binder) and Michael (Tucker Chandler) as they learn from the panda neighbor about mindfulness, emotions and resilience. The show is based on Jon J Muth’s bestselling Scholastic “Zen” book series and blends gentle humor with practical tools.

Viewers can stream the trailer and upcoming episodes on Apple TV, available for $12.99 per month or via the Apple One bundle. The platform’s lineup includes hit shows like Severance, The Studio, and Silo.
