MSI’s new PRO MAX 271UPXW12G targets Mac users who demand a seamless desktop. The 27‑inch QD‑OLED panel delivers true 4K resolution at 166 ppi, giving text the crispness MacOS users expect. A thin bezel and light‑colored chassis echo Apple’s aesthetic, while the rear houses a built‑in power brick, leaving only an IEC cable on the desk and a detachable cable bar.

Connectivity centers on two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort and dual USB‑C inputs. One USB‑C supplies up to 98W to charge a MacBook Pro, while the second delivers 15 W for an iPhone or iPad and supports a three‑way KVM for Mac, iPad and PC. MSI bundles a macOS app that replaces the on‑screen menu, offering M‑Color profile matching and M‑Sync brightness‑volume control directly from the laptop.

The stand pivots, tilts and lifts enough to nest a 14‑inch MacBook Pro beneath the screen, and the panel sustains 120 Hz refresh, making it viable for gaming as well as design work. Anti‑glare coating and wide viewing angles keep the display usable under bright lighting, while built‑in composition guides aid photographers and video editors. It also includes built‑in speakers tuned for balanced audio.
