Bartender for Mac gets fixed: Reinstall after macOS Tahoe 26 compatibility woes

Bartender 6.4.2 fixes long-standing macOS Tahoe 26 compatibility issues, allowing users to restore menu bar organization after months of frustration. Following persistent problems like cursor hijacking and ghost clicks reported since macOS Tahoe 26's release, developer Applause released version 6.4.1 with a new Layout Mode setting. Users can now choose On-Demand (single layout pass) to eliminate disruptive behavior, or Live (auto-arrangement).

After a user's successful test of 6.4.2, the app now functions reliably with On-Demand mode, offering a viable solution for those who abandoned it previously. Reinstall Bartender to regain control of your menu bar.
